For perfect regeneration of filters and catalytic converters, we use professional equipment.
The regeneration equipment has a dual tank with a capacity of 277 litres, a pump with an output of up to 133 l/min, and an integrated drying system.
The interior of the machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and AISI 316 acid-resistant steel. The cleaning technology takes place in a closed circuit using a hydrodynamic method and specialized chemistry at an appropriate temperature. It allows for dry filter contamination measurement using a mean pressure test indicated in millibars and an integrated drying system up to 100 degrees.
After the regeneration process is complete, the final back pressure measurement is confirmed by a printout for the customer. The complex cleaning process allows you to restore the filter’s factory parameters to 99.8%. Components from leading European manufacturers were used in the machine’s construction, ensuring the highest quality and reliability.
